At Lenoir, we value and prioritize the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and handle data when you interact with our mobile application called "Swapptik" (referred to as "the App" hereafter) and any related services. Please take a moment to read through this document to understand our practices regarding your data and how we ensure its protection.

Information Collection and Usage
We want to assure you that we do not collect any personal information or data that can be used to identify you as an individual. When you use the Swapptik App, we don't ask for your name, email address, contact details, or any other personal information.

Face Data Usage

If you enable the face swapping feature in our app, you can choose to upload photos of your face. These photos are used solely to create a personalized face swapping model for you through our app's integration with Replicate's machine learning API. 

The face photos you upload are transmitted securely to Replicate and are automatically deleted from their systems within one hour after your face model is created, per their data policies. Replicate does not retain any uploaded face images.

The face swapping model itself does not contain any actual photos or identifiable information. It contains only mathematical data points needed to swap your face into videos within our app. This model is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or retained on our servers.

Models are also automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. We do not share your face swap model with any third parties, except Replicate solely for creation of the model.

We do not use the face photos you upload for any purpose other than creating your personalized face swapping model for use in our app. We do not share these photos with any other third parties besides Replicate, as described above.

Please note that Replicate may make changes to its data policies and face model creation process without notice. We recommend you review Replicate's privacy policy to stay updated on their practices with regards to face data.

Let us know if you have any other questions about our limited use of face data to provide the optional face swapping feature in our app. We aim to be transparent about our data practices and respect your privacy.


Device Information
To provide you with a better user experience and improve our services, the App may collect certain non-personal information about your device, such as the device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers. This information is used solely for analytical and troubleshooting purposes and does not identify you personally.

Image and Video Data
While using the Swapptik App, you may upload images or videos. We want to emphasize that we do not retain any of the images or videos you upload on our servers for an extended period. All images and videos uploaded to our servers are automatically deleted within 15 minutes from the time of upload. We do not use these images or videos for any purpose other than enabling you to access and utilize the App's features.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
We do not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies in the Swapptik App that collect personally identifiable information about our users.

Third-Party Services
The Swapptik App does not integrate with or use any third-party services that may collect or process user data on our behalf.

Children's Privacy
The Swapptik App is not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information from our records.

Data Security
We take the security of data seriously. Although we do not collect any personal information, we employ industry-standard security measures to protect your non-personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and any changes made will be reflected in the App. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your data.
